Design joint initiatives such as workforce pipelines, applied learning partnerships, and co-branded programs. Implement partner management frameworks to sustain and measure partnership ROI. 5. Non-Credit & Workforce Development Strategy Evaluate current non-credit and workforce offerings for relevance, revenue performance, and market alignment. Design or refresh program portfolios to match regional workforce needs and industry demand. Develop marketing, pricing, and enrollment strategies for professional education divisions. Provide direct teaching or guest instruction in leadership, customer experience, and AI-driven business strategy. Support colleges in expanding revenue-driven programming while maintaining academic integrity and community impact.
